Apartment Courchevel Méribel Overview
You know what I loved about Apartment Courchevel Méribel? It didn’t try to be some glossy, over-polished chalet with gold faucets and a concierge who looks at you like you’ve tracked mud on purpose. It’s tucked up on Rue des Agathines—quiet, residential, the kind of street where locals walk their dogs at dusk and you can actually hear snow crunching underfoot. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure at first—the building’s low-key, almost easy to miss—but once I got inside, it just clicked. The place has that rare balance: boutique charm without the pretension. Think exposed wood beams, soft linen throws, and a kitchen stocked with proper French coffee (not that instant stuff some places toss in for show).
What really sold me was how *lived-in* it felt—like someone with good taste and zero interest in impressing you had decorated it. The bed? Insanely comfortable, down duvet, blackout curtains that actually work (important when the sun starts bouncing off the snow at 7 a.m.). And the view from the balcony—honestly, I made my morning coffee just to stand there and watch the light hit the trees on the slope toward Méribel. You’re not ski-in/ski-out (nothing on this street really is), but the shuttle stop to the lifts is a two-minute walk down the hill, and it runs every 15 minutes until 9 p.m.—super reliable, even during peak week in February. Parking’s a bit of a squeeze, though—there’s a private spot, but if you’re driving a bigger rental, you might want to arrive in daylight.
I mean, it’s not perfect—the Wi-Fi stutters a little during heavy snow (probably the whole valley), and the bathroom’s compact, but it’s clean, heated, and has that little luxury of a rain shower. What it lacks in space it makes up for in location and vibe. You’re close enough to the buzz of Courchevel 1850 for dinner at a proper restaurant (Le Petit Château’s worth the short drive), but far enough to avoid the après-ski noise that keeps you up. I stayed in January, midweek—quiet, snow-sure, and the staff left a welcome basket with local cheese and a bottle of Savoie white. Little things, but they make a difference. If you want flashy, go elsewhere. But if you want a cozy, authentic feel with real mountain soul? This place gets it.

Exceptional – Mojca from Slovenia – 1 March 2025 (10/10)
Spatious appartment, very clean and everything you need, friendly host. Great for family and for our dog, a small village and woods arround are ideal for walking. The location is just near the shutle to Courchevel skislopes.
Excelent value for money.Good location for adults. – Peter from Finland – 26 February 2025 (7/10)
Nice location. All worked out fine.
What could be improved: Many small issues should be fixed: showerhead hanger, bar chair adjustment mechanism, refrigerator not balanced etc. Small issues, but all in all affects the total experience. Shower drops water to the bathroom floor causing slow damage to the structures.
