The kitchen’s actually usable—like, you could cook a proper meal if you wanted (and you might, because restaurants book up fast around here, especially in February). There’s a little balcony, not huge, but enough to step out for some air after a long day without having to put your boots back on. And the beds? Solid. Not “hotel stiff” or weirdly soft—just right, with thick duvets that make you not hate the idea of staying in after dark. I’ll say this: parking’s a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (most people do in winter), but they’ve got a spot in the communal garage—just make sure you confirm ahead, because it’s first come, first served and that fills up fast when the snow’s good.

Check-in was smooth—host met me with a thermos of hot chocolate, which, okay, that’s a power move. And the neighborhood? Quiet at night, which you’ll appreciate, but still close enough to Le Remède or La Folie Douce for apéro if you’re feeling it. (Though, fair warning: the street can get noisy around lunch if you’re sensitive—those après-ski crowds get loud.) It’s not five-star polished, but that’s why I liked it. Feels lived-in, cared for. You’re not just another booking here. At an 8.5, it’s not perfect—maybe the shower pressure could be better—but it’s real. And in Courchevel, where so much feels staged, that’s kind of everything.

  What could be improved: Kitchen is pretty dated and needs to be replaced. At the beginning the cleanliness of the apartment was so so, dishwasher not washed, but also some dust throughout the apartment

  Super location, warm and cosy, very clean, good ski storage, great to have dishwasher/washing machine and good kitchen appliances. All in all, relaxing and enjoyable.
  
  What could be improved: Quite minor things: quite a few plates/bowls/glasses chipped. New cutlery needs added as only 4 x table knives and 4 x forks. It would be good to have instructions for living room radiators.
