Het appartement is netjes, vrij gezellig, goede keuken (2 vuren – goede oven), voldoende materiaal, vrij ruim, uitzicht op het dorp, fijn terras, …
Het appartement is gelegen in Brides-Les-Bains op 150 meter van de kabelbaan "Olympe". Van hieruit ben je op 27 minuten in Méribel, het hart van Les Trois Vallées. Deze kabelbaan is inbegrepen in de skipas. De kabelbaan is 's morgens en 's avonds een half uur langer open dan de andere liften. Het nadeel is dat je 's morgens en 's avonds een half uur onderweg bent, en dat het dorpje ook niet echt wintersport uitstraalt. Het voordeel is is dat Brides-Les-Bains in verhouding goedkoper is en het makkelijker bereikbaar is met de wagen (minder kans op sneeuw op de weg). Gratis parkeren kan recht tegenover het appartement (maar deze parking was meestal bezet) en in het dorp op ongeveer 300-400 meter.
Het appartement is gelegen op de tweede verdieping. Er is een lift aanwezig. Op het gelijkvloers is er een berging om het skimateriaal in op te bergen.
Slaapkamer 1 heeft een dubbel bed en is in orde. Wie met een open raam wil slapen hoort wel het geluid van het riviertje.
