The apartment’s 47m², so it’s cozy—not huge, but smartly laid out. The living area opens to a small balcony where I actually had my morning coffee (freezing, yes, but worth it for the view of the snow-laden pines and the quiet—no road noise, just the occasional *whoosh* of a skier gliding past). The kitchen’s basic but works—there’s a stovetop, microwave, and a toaster I used way more than I expected (thank god for croissants from Boulangerie du Centre, five minutes down the road). I mean, it’s not five-star service—there’s no daily cleaning or concierge, but the check-in was smooth with a local agent who handed over the keys and pointed me to the nearest gear rental (Ski Set, super low-key but good prices).

It’s a three-star spot, sure, but don’t let that fool you—rating-wise, it’s sitting at a 9.2 for a reason. People come back here. Probably because you’re close enough to the action (10-minute walk to the resort center, where the apres-ski bars like La Folie Douce are thumping by 4 p.m.) but far enough to avoid the late-night noise. Parking’s tight—there’s an underground spot but it’s narrow, so if you’re driving a big rental car, just… be careful. Or better yet, take the free shuttle from Moutiers station if you’re coming by train.

Winter months get packed—book early if you want Christmas or February half-term. But come March? Magic. Sun on the snow, fewer crowds, and the apartment stays warm thanks to decent insulation (and a little electric heater under the towel rack—small thing, but lovely when your gloves won’t dry). Honestly, if you want flashy marble bathrooms and room service, go elsewhere. But if you just want to ski hard, crash somewhere clean and quiet, and wake up already on the mountain?   It was very convenient for Les Grangettes ski lift. Close to bars and restaurants and a bus stop to 1650 & 1850. Shops were also nearby. It was ski to door too. It was well equipped with all kitchen equipment. The shower was good and tv worked really well.

  I don’t have words to describe how I like the area and the apartment. I was last year in les menure, but Courchevel has everything what I wanted.it has a lot of green slopes that are good for the beginners, roads for pedestrians. so you can walk instead of skiing if you realize that is not for you 🙂
  
  the apartment has a large garage, I think Passat variant can fit. the apartment is good, it has ski in and out, 50 meters to the ski lift. several ski rentals in 50 meters around, closest is next door.

  fantastic locatiom. super convenient to enter from the street or go to the slopes directly plus ski storage immediately at the entrance so no need to carry a lot, plus garage. everything you need inside, in the kitchen, all the stuff for making fondue or pancakes or raclette. plus all the imaginable games both computer and classic. very thoughtful welcome gift of artisanal beers and local honey. heating excellent. Courchevel Village on general is very charming and you just hop on the littl cable cubicle and in 5 minutes you are at Courch 1850. and it works non stop until 2330.

  Great clean appartement in Courchevel 1550 with everything you could need for even a longer stay. For my trip it was ideal.

  Perfect location for ski in ski out. Very close to the late night lift with direct access to 1850 until 11.30pm. Easy access parking on site with lock up garage. Direct ground level from street and car park so easy for kids etc. Host is very quick to respond and happy to talk during stay as required. Looking forward to next visit.
