We were always in the Vacances Bleues hotel at the top of Belle Plagne. Which was a great hotel 9 years ago. There was a chef baking your eggs and pancakes on request. The buffet was excellent with at least 4 dishes to pick from, generous breakfast and dessert buffets. Always ice cream. But, that was 9 years ago. Things have changed, and breakfast and dinner choices have more than halved, and prices have gone up 80% for me and my family. So I chose this time for Carlina, which is a lot more intimate hotel, great half board menu and wine choices. The sauna was an unexpected bonus!
