10/10 on every levels. The hotel being directly on the slopes makes the ski trip so comfortable!!!
Best in class breakfast. We booked HB and went every night to the restaurant “les Chanterelles” where they have a fine dining 4 course set menu. We also enjoyed the spa with outdoor heated pool.Joanne from Australia (8/10)

Twice, staff showed me individualized attention, unsolicited! I was amazed of the attentiveness. “Oh, you want some soya milk? I can warm it for you!”, “are you looking for water? We’ve put it away but let me get you some” busy staff running a large organization did not forget to give heart warming very appreciated attention. It made all the difference. Thank you for your hospitality.
