Val Claret has this perfect balance where you can grab everything you need within a few minutes’ walk, but you’re not constantly dodging crowds outside your door.

The room itself feels more like a proper mountain retreat than your typical hotel setup. There’s something about the way they’ve done the interiors — sort of modern but with enough warmth that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping in a showroom. The windows frame the alpine scenery perfectly, and honestly, waking up to those views never gets old. What I really appreciated was how well-thought-out the storage is — when you’re dealing with ski gear and winter clothes, having proper space to organize everything makes a huge difference.

  The apartment is superbly located in the centre of Val Claret, with restaurants, bakery and the mountains on your doorstep. Despite being in the centre of the resort the apartment is within a block of apartments and is therefore quiet at night. The apartment is nicely furnished and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive, provided all necessary information and answered any questions very promptly. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Val Claret, whether it be peak season or in the summer as we did this August. 10/10

  The location is excellent it is 50m from the chair lifts, ski hire shops are opposite and a well stocked Sherpa Supermarket is adjacent.
  The kitchen is excellent for a ski chalet and is well equipped to cook and feed a family of seven.
  The shower and bathroom is huge and there is plenty of hot water and a double sink.
  The host communication is excellent and was extremely helpful.
  The free parking is only available for a vehicle under 1.9m however there is a car park 50m away that allows for larger vehicles and costs ninety euro for the week.
  The living and dining space is larger than expected for a ski chalet.
  Ski locker is secure and 10m from the front door.
