  La vue est magnifique, comme dans beaucoup d’appartements aux Arcs 1800.
  
  Le studio est pratique, avec beaucoup de rangements, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge, ce qui est très appréciable ! Cependant, il est vraiment vieillot. On dirait que rien n’a été fait depuis l’origine, à part la moquette qui semble récente.
  
  La plaque de cuisson, impraticable, est à changer. Les robinets de l’évier gouttent, ce qui est très désagréable la nuit, et un mitigeur serait bien plus pratique.
  
  Dans la salle de bain, le siphon du lavabo fuit, laissant vos pieds dans l’eau sale.
  
  Bien que je ne regarde pas la télé, celle-ci ne sert à rien. L’écran plat minuscule n’a rien à faire à cet endroit. Bref, un bon rafraîchissement serait nécessaire pour rendre cet endroit très agréable.
  
  L’agence fait bien son travail et le propriétaire est très réactif si vous rencontrez un problème. Pour nous, l’étendoir à linge était cassé mais a été remplacé par un neuf rapidement. En dehors de ces petits problèmes, l’endroit est pratique, tout près des commerces et restaurants, et offre une vue sublime.
